Service Description

Care tasks can be so challenging to keep up with when you're overwhelmed or running on empty. Let me take some of those cyclical chores off your plate. Starting at $175, includes 3 care tasks from the list below | +$25 per additional care task Choose from: - Dishes (by hand or dishwasher) - Laundry (washing, folding, or putting away -- client chooses what's most helpful) - Meal planning and grocery list building - Grocery pick up (arranged ahead of time) - Basic home reset/tidy - Trash and recycling removal (and put out for pickup if applicable) - Refill pill boxes (under client supervision) - Mail sorting - Basic pet care (litterboxes, food/water bowls, short walk, brushing) - Plant care (watering, basic maintenance) - Client selected area of focus (e.g. cleaning up kids toys, or generating to-do lists)


Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. This means that payment must be delivered before I leave your home. I accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. If you will not be home for your service appointment, please ensure that payment is left out in a clearly marked location. All checks should be made payable to: Meg’s Magic Cleaning LLC. If you prefer to pay by card, you must have a valid card on file prior to your service appointment, which can be set up securely when booking through my website. By placing a card on file, you authorize Meg’s Magic Cleaning LLC to charge your card automatically after each service. You additionally authorize your card to be charged for any relevant late cancellation or lock-out fees that may apply. If the card on file declines, I reserve the right to send you an invoice for the full amount, due within 7 days of the invoice date. All card data is securely stored through Wix, in compliance with industry-standard data protection protocols, and will be deleted upon termination of services. Cancellation Policy: I reserve the right to charge the full service rate for any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees. I appreciate receiving as much notice as possible when cancellations are necessary. That said, I understand that emergencies can and do happen. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will waive the cancellation fee in genuine extenuating circumstances. However, I kindly ask that this flexibility not be taken advantage of. Lockout Policy: If I arrive at your home at the scheduled time and am unable to access the premises, a $50 lockout fee will be charged to your account. I will make every effort to contact you via phone and text if this happens, but if I do not receive a response within 15 minutes, I will leave and the fee will be applied. After the first lockout occurrence, I reserve the right to charge the full service rate for any additional lockouts, which will be treated as cancellations without notice. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Thank you for complying with my policies, as prompt payment and clear communication enables me run my small business effectively.
