Whether you're prepping to sell your house, moving out of your rental unit, or just settling in to a new place, I'm here to make sure your space meets those high standards. Move In/Out Cleanings are intended for homes without furniture or many belongings inside. If you're still living in the space, consider getting a deep cleaning instead! Starting at $300 for a 500sq ft studio or 1 bed/1 bath apartment | Price increase per bedroom, bathroom, and each additional 100 sq ft | Additional costs for appliance interiors or heavy buildup Includes: Kitchen - Stovetop scrubbed and polished - Sink(s) and faucet scrubbed, disinfected, and polished - Appliance exteriors wiped down and/or polished - Countertops wiped down and disinfected - Microwave interior cleaned - Fridge interior cleaned and sanitized - Cabinet exteriors wiped down - Cabinet and drawer interiors vacuumed (wiped down if necessary) Bathrooms - Sinks scrubbed and disinfected - Mirrors polished - Countertops wiped down - Toilets disinfected inside and out - Showers and tubs scrubbed, disinfected, and rinsed - Shower doors polished (if applicable) - Hard water or mold stains removed (if possible) Whole House - All rooms dusted - Blinds dusted (wiped down upon request) - Window interiors and tracks cleaned - Fixtures cleaned and polished - Walls spot cleaned and dusted - Baseboards dusted (wiped down for additional charge) - Air vents dusted/wiped down (if I can safely reach them) - Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted (if I can safely reach them) - Fingerprints and dirt removed from all doors, doorframes, and switches - Door handles, light switches, and other high touch areas disinfected - All floors vacuumed - All hard floors mopped
