Let's make your space feel fresh, comfortable, and cared for Starting at $155 for a 500 sq ft studio or 1 bed/1 bath apartment | Prices increase per bedroom, bathroom, and each additional 100 sq ft | Additional charges for cleaning appliance interiors (besides microwave), cabinet fronts/interiors, backsplash, or changing linens Includes: Kitchen - Stovetop scrubbed and polished - Sink(s) and faucet scrubbed, disinfected, and polished - Appliance exteriors wiped down and/or polished - Countertops wiped down and disinfected - Microwave interior cleaned - Dining table wiped down Bathroom - Sinks scrubbed and disinfected - Mirrors polished - Countertops wiped down - Toilets disinfected inside and out - Showers and tubs scrubbed, disinfected, and rinsed - Shower doors polished (if applicable) - Clutter straightened - Fixtures shined - Towels neatly hung and folded Bedrooms - Beds made (linens changed for additional charge) - Clutter straightened/general tidying - Bedside tables dusted and/or wiped down - All furniture, shelves, wall art, baseboards, lamps, and surfaces dusted - Trash picked up and cans emptied Living Rooms, Offices, and Common Areas (like hallways, staircases, and entryways) - Clutter straightened and tidied - Furniture dusted - All shelves, displays, TVs, wall art, and baseboards dusted - Upholstered furniture lint rolled or vacuumed (upon request) - Pillows fluffed and straightened - Blankets neatly folded - Coffee table dusted and/or wiped down Whole House - All floors vacuumed, including rugs and stairs - All hard floors mopped - Trash cans emptied in all rooms - Trash and recycling taken out
